Winemaker’s Notes
Primarily fermented and aged in stainless steel finished in a combination of French and American oak, softening the tannins and polishing the mouthfeel. Approachable and well structured, Dam Good Red is a deeply flavoured red wine. Pairs well with pork, beef, medium-bodied cheeses, and good friends!
The first of it’s kind in Canada, Dam Good Red is as good for the environment as it tastes. With a paper bottle made of 94% recycled paperboard and a six times lower carbon footprint, travel light and enjoy your wine in a brand new way!
Tasting Notes
SIGHT - Vibrant red garnet.
NOSE - Aromas of black cherry, blackberry, and spice on the nose accented by notes of oak with more juicy berries on the finish.
MOUTH - Nice balance between fruit, tannin and acidity
